About Us
At Writers & Wares, we help indie authors get discovered while helping you discover your next favorite story.
What Matters To Us
-
Spotlighting Indie
We’re owned and operated by an indie author on a mission to connect indie authors and readers.
-
Human-created, Always
Our stories and artwork are imagined, drawn, and written by human hands and hearts, not AI.
-
Support Over Scale
Your purchase or subscription directly supports indie authors and artists. Not a mega corp.
-
Mutual Discovery
Our products help authors get discovered while helping you discover your next favorite story.
Amazing stories shouldn't stay hidden just because they aren't published by a big house.
At Writers & Wares, we connect readers with independent voices outside the mainstream spotlight. Every box, mail club, and product we send is a hand-picked introduction to a new author or artist the algorithm isn't showing you — because we believe the best recommendations still come from someone who loves books as much as you do.
Founded by an Indie Author
I started Writers & Wares after exploring the world of self-publishing and seeing firsthand how much work goes into being an indie author. I built this brand to support the community I was hoping to join myself. I believe art is subjective, and not every book is for every reader, but every book deserves a chance to find its person. That's why everything we send is human-made and hand-picked to connect you with voices you might never have discovered otherwise. :)
